Description

Purpose

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of central laser treatment on the central vats diameters in patients with diabetic macular edema. In addition, the aim is to examine the relationship between change in the macular edema and changes in vessel diameters. This is a retrospective review of medical records from patients treated for diabetic macular edema at the Eye Department, Odense University Hospital in recent years. In the study there was made vascular analysis of fundus images before and after treatment.
