The Danish Election Study 1977, which was carried out in connection with the general election on 15 February, 1977, contains information about the voting at the general elections in 1975 and 1977 as well as about voting intention at a hypothetical election the day after the interview. A number of questions are replications of questions from earlier studies (see DDA-0007, DDA-0008, DDA-0016 and DDA-0017), but the survey population is different. #In addition, the study contains questions about the reading of newspapers, weeklies and monthlies, including the reading of newspapers during and after the Berlingske Tidende/B.T. labour conflict, and questions about means of transport, the respondent's attitude to retrenchment, attitude to the political parties in Denmark and to certain statements concerning conflicting interests of different sections in the population
