Codebook: Variables, universes, concepts, survey design and frequency distribution
Danish Gallup Omnibus Data 1966 comprises 10 omnibus surveys carried out by the Danish Gallup Institute in 1966. This data material contains information from omnibus no. 09. # #Each survey contains a number of demographic variables common to all the surveys of that year, as well as a number of questions dealing with topical events. # #The questions common to all 1966 omnibuses are: degree of ur- banization, sex, age, marital status, occupational status of respondent and of supporter, income of family, school education of respondent, social group and party preference. In addition, omnibus nos. 08-12 contain information about: way of income of respondent, income of respondent, composition of household, position of housewife and her employment, respondent's position in household and type of dwelling. # #The special questions in this omnibus deal with the following issues: # #Attitudes to Denmark's role in Greenland; the abolition of general speed limit areas; husbands' share of housework; and attitudes to development aid (the 1% target)
